Google Search Based Keyword Tool

This is a free tool for Ad Words account holders. These accounts are free and anyone can set one up in minutes. Follow the links to the tool called Keyword Tool
The Search Based Keyword Tool can be used by using your domain and it will analyze the words on your web pages and match keywords. But our suggestion is you go about the whole process backwards and use the keyword to find the latest IN DEMAND niches.

Here Is How It Is Done.
In the Keyword Tool, scroll to the bottom and click "Or see top keywords across all categories".

You will see a list of categories that are the currently most searched terms on Google
This is the most valuable item on the entire Google network.

Right here Google is listing what people are currently trying to purchase.
If you click on any of these categories they even break it down into items and quantities.
You now need to look at how many competing pages there are for each product or category you think you may shortlist for your niche.  As a rule of thumb you should be able to be competitive with items that have less then 500,000 pages and anything under 250,000 you should be able to dominate.
You then need to see how many exact term pages are there. Anything under 150,000 is great.
Now you need to do a Google search and see what sort of competition you are up against. Put your niche term in to Google Search in “” eg: “carpet cleaning” and then check out the competition to see the types of pages they have, their links and on what other sites they have links coming from.
Then search that domain name in “” and if they have under 30 entries in Google they should be very easy to beat to number one location using SEO and article marketing.
Go to Godaddy.com and search for domain names like “carpetcleaning.com” It may even be taken but in most cases is not being used so put it in your URL and have a look. If that’s not available at a reasonable cost then repeat the process and get the closest available terms to your exact niche keyword/s as possible.

If all your variants are gone add a term like expert to your domain eg “carpet cleaningexperts.com” or carpetcleaningdoctor.com  Add a term that gives you instant expert credibility.
